Police kill another African teen; the African community is fed up
"I heard about five shots, a pause, and then two more shots. When I heard the sirens I came out to see what was going on." said Ronn Greene of Mobile, Alabama, a witness at the scene of yet another unarmed African teen gunned down by police.
The victim, 18-year-old Michael Moore, died at the hospital.
Michael was shot multiple times Wednesday, June 15th in what would be considered a routine traffic stop for white people.
For the colonized African being held hostage in the U.S., however, being killed by the State is the routine.

Even though, then-U.S. president Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation on January 1, 1863 proclaiming, “That all persons held as slaves are, and henceforward shall be free,” captured Africans remained in the forcible custody of white people in Texas until June 19, 1865.

Orlando massacre: U.S. imperialism is guilty!
ORLANDO, FL––The African People’s Socialist Party (APSP) condemns U.S. imperialism for creating the conditions that led to the Orlando mass shooting of 50 people by 29-year-old Afghan Omar Mateen.
We profoundly sympathize with the families of the many young, predominately Indigenous (Latino) and African (black) people who were victims of the shooting.
We say this in the context of recognizing what the U.S. does to Muslim and Arab people every single day.
Omar Mateen’s attack on the Pulse nightclub was a response to U.S. bombing of Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan, according to statements made by Mateen himself.

Muhammad Ali was a hugely important historical and political figure whose legacy has been distorted and whitewashed since his death by the white media. Chief among the posthumous assassins of Ali's political legacy is Michael Lerner, Berkeley-based white Jewish rabbi and editor of Tikkun Magazine.
Lerner is being showered with praise for his "powerful" sermon at the June 10th funeral for Ali, but Lerner is not a friend of the Palestinians nor of the legacy of black power and anti-Zionist solidarity personified by Ali at his prime.
