Uhuru Foods and Pies (UFP)

COVID-19 is not a medical problem; it is a political problem. Its origins must be put in the context of what’s happening in the world today and who stands to profit from this deadly form of biological warfare. 

As part of the campaign to sell 10,000 Uhuru Pies, much work has happened to transform various aspects of the work to accommodate the higher volume of pies.

Bakari Olatunji has been an important part of the Uhuru Movement in Oakland, where he grew up, since the mid 1980s.

On December 8, 2017, the African People’s Socialist Party (APSP) launched a dynamic campaign to raise $25,000 in the first phase of a $300,000 effort to fund the Black Power Blueprint, a revolutionary program of economic and political power led by and for the African working class in St. Louis.

The African People’s Socialist Party’s Africans One Billion Strong Donor Campaign (AOBS) is collective investment in our own African future based on a foundation of political and economic power over our lives. Every African around the world should participate because the future of our people depends on our ability to have an economy that is primarily designed to take care of black people first and foremost.
