It’s hard to believe it will only be two years; August 22, 2018 that African People’s Education and Defense Fund (APEDF)/Black Star Industries (BSI)  Economic Director- St. Louis, Ticharwa Masimba joined the African People’s Socialist Party and successfully completed his probation February 22, 2017.

ST. LOUIS—The U.S. government has chosen St. Louis, Missouri, still reeling from the 2014 African rebellions following the police assassination of Mike Brown, as the host city for a massive counterintelligence facility known as the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA).

HOUSTON—Once again it is the Juneteenth time of year. In Houston, Texas that means “Juneteenth, ‘Not Yet Uhuru’ Freedom and Music Festival.”

Kendrick Lamar is the man of the moment having won a Pulitzer Prize on April 16, 2018. It was the first win for a non-classical or jazz musician since the awards began including music some 75 years ago. Lamar won for his fourth album, Damn.

The Black is Back Coalition for Social Justice, Peace and Reparations will convene an electoral school in St. Louis, Missouri from April 7 through 9, 2018 for the second time in as many years.

On April 14-15th, 2018 in St. Louis, Missouri, the Uhuru Solidarity Movement, white people organized under the leadership of the African People’s Socialist Party, will hold its annual national convention. The following is a call to white people published by USM:

ST. PETERSBURG, FL - As early as 5:00 A.M. on Monday morning, the St. Petersburg Police began to set barricades around the black community on the south side, ensuring none of us could get in or out.

Thanks to you and the overwhelming response from nearly 400 supporters, the Black Power Blueprint online fundraising drive successfully reached its goal for the project’s first phase, raising $25,000 in donations and reparations for the renovation of the Uhuru House at 4101 West Florissant in St. Louis.
