Judge says Baltimore cop is “not guilty” for the murder of Freddie Gray

Baltimore pig Edward Nero was found not guilty by the colonial judicial system on all charges in the murder of 25-year-old Freddie Gray on May 23, 2016. Nero was charged with second degree assault, misconduct in office and reckless endangerment for arresting Freddie Gray without cause and putting him in a police van without buckling Freddie into a seat belt in April of 2015.

These charges carried a possible sentencing of ten years at the most and five years at the very least.

Freddie Gray suffered severe trauma to his spinal chord that led to his death as a result of being tossed around the back of the van while handcuffed behind his back and with no seat belt.

The African people of Baltimore erupted in rebellion after Freddie Gray’s funeral which ultimately led to the city being forced to charge the six officers responsible for Gray’s death.

Nero opted for a bench trial to have his case adjudicated by a judge rather than a jury. Judge Barry Williams was the petty bourgeois African who presided over the case and was responsible for delivering the not guilty verdict stating that Nero “did not act corruptly with an intent to commit a crime.”

There were demonstrations held outside of the courthouse during the verdict’s announcement as a response to this injustice. Nero is the second pig to stand trial in the murder of Freddie Gray.

The trial of William Porter, one of the cops responsible for Freddie’s murder, ended in a hung jury in December 2015.
