Meet the winners from the N2U Heart and Soul Volunteer Awards!

Organized by the Office of Deputy Chair Ona Zené Yeshitela, the N2U Volunteer Brigade program is a process that allows for the Uhuru Movement to go straight to the people, winning scores of volunteers to participate with various organizations and institutions of our Movement. The talent, creativity and genius of Africans and our allies becomes unleashed through the Brigade.

As part of the Deputy Chair’s motto to “Recruit, Retain and Recognize”, her office organized the N2U Heart and Soul Volunteer Appreciation events and awards. This year, the ceremony saw the participation of many Uhuru Movement organizations, and received a record 56 nominations for the different award categories.
