On 09/03/2013, 8 year old African male Donald Maiden Jr. was outside playing with his toys around 5:00 PM in the parking lot in his apartments in North Dallas when he was shot intentionally by white 46 year old racist Brian Cloninger. Earlier that day Brian Cloninger was at Donald Maiden Jr. apartments (La Bella Palms) trying to buy crack cocaine. Brian gave a stranger his money to go buy crack for him, immediately the stranger ran off with his money. Brian Cloninger was very angry and it was reported that Brian Cloninger had a firearm and even pull it out at times out of frustration of being trick out his money. Donald Maiden Jr. was leaving his house to go retrieve his toys he left near the parking lot where Brian Cloninger was parked. When Brian Cloninger saw Donald Maiden Jr. (without any interaction) he immediately aims his firearm at Donald Maiden Jr. and begins firing shots. Donald Maiden Jr. dodges the first round which was followed by the second round which hit Donald Maiden Jr. in the mouth. Donald Maiden Jr. fell to the ground and immediately ran home with the help of his comrade. When Donald Maiden Jr. got home he told his mom that he needed water then she immediately screams from the graphic scene of her son being shot in the mouth close range.
