Thank you to all who responded to yesterday's action alert. Your calls made an impact and InPDUM President Diop Olugbala was released from jail last night.
Diop is being charged with riding his bike on the wrong side of the street, "obstruction" and running a stop sign. It is important to note that there is no stop sign where they say he ran it.

President Olugbala is being charged with riding his bike on the wrong side of the street, Obstruction, and running a stop sign (there is no stop sign where they say he ran it).

"The cops arrogantly told Diop to come over to the car. When Diop told the cops to come to him. They came up and grabbed him, pushed him up against the car and arrested him for reasons that are still unknown," said a member of the Uhuru Movement.
