Falcon Heights, MN—Yet another African has been murdered by police, live on video for the world to witness.
Philando Castile, a 32-year-old African, was shot multiple times and murdered by Falcon Heights police on the evening of July 6, 2016.
Philando was murdered by a Mexican cop Jeronimo Yanez.
Diamond Reynolds, Philando’s girlfriend, recorded the entire incident on Facebook Live immediately after the shooting happened. Diamond’s four-year-old daughter was also in the car and witnessed the shooting and execution.
The video is horrifying. It starts out showing Philando’s blood drenched shirt as he gasps for air and ultimately takes his last breath and dies.
Diamond showed amazing strength and composure while recording in the face of absolute State terror.
Her first words in the video are to her boyfriend, Philando. “Stay with me,” she says as Philando moans in agony and gasps for air.
“We got pulled over for a busted taillight in the back,” Diamond continues. “They killed my boyfriend. He’s licensed to carry. He was trying to get out his ID and his wallet out his pocket. And he let the officer know that he was––he had a firearm, and he was reaching for his wallet. And the officer just shot him in his arm. We’re waiting for backup.”
Diamond is interrupted by the murderous cop, Yanez, who sounds rabid and deranged, “Keep your hands where I can see them! Fuck!” As he yells he is pointing the gun inside of the car at Diamond and Philando, who is bleeding out.
Diamond responds calmly and bravely, “I will sir. I will. No worries.” She then continues to explain where the incident was taking place.
Yanez continues raving. His tone of voice indicates that he is literally crazed. “I told him not to reach for it! I told him to get his hands up!”
Diamond, in the face of this State-sponsored terror, responded with the tenacity that only an African woman knows, “You told him to get his ID, sir––his driver’s license.”
At that moment, Philando appears to take his last breath and is slumped towards her.
“Oh, my God, please don’t tell me he’s dead. Please don’t tell me my boyfriend just went like that,” Diamond says.
“Keep your hands where they are”, snaps Yanez as he still trains his gun on Diamond and the now-deceased Philando. He has no remorse after murdering this African. He did not provide any medical treatment, nor did he allow Diamond to touch her boyfriend.
You can feel the despair from Diamond as she says, “Please don’t tell me this, Lord, please Jesus don’t tell me that he’s gone. Please, Officer, don’t tell me that you just did this to him. You shot four bullets into him, sir. He was just getting his license and registration.”
Other cops then orders Diamond out of the car. She complies and asks about her 4-year-old daughter as she does so (the video shows that the child is being held by a cop).
The cops force Diamond to her knees and put her in handcuffs as her daughter watches. The cops then toss her purse, which has her phone that is still recording, to the side.
The phone screen goes dark, however, you can hear Yanez literally screaming the same word over and over, “Fuck!”
This is all happening in front of the four-year-old African child. You can hear the child cry for her mother, Diamond. You can hear Diamond wailing as she realizes that her boyfriend, Philando, is dead.
Diamond is then put in the back of the police car, still in handcuffs. She asks one of the cops for her daughter and her phone. The cops bring her daughter to be with her, but tell her to wait for her phone.
The brave little girl tells the cops, “No, I’m getting my mommy’s purse.” She then brings her mother her purse, allowing Diamond to record the remainder of the video.
At one point near the end of the video, Diamond begins wailing in shock. The little girl comforts her mother. “It’s OK, Mommy. It’s OK, I’m right here with you.”
Africans ain’t taking it no more!
It should be stressed that the cop shot into a car which was occupied by a child and two adults.
White power does not give a damn about our black asses. Yanez is a representative of white power, even though he is Mexican, because he carries out their agenda of murdering Africans.
Immediately following the murder, Africans in Falcon Heights took to the streets. In fact, Africans went to the exact location of the murder while the pigs were still on the scene.
At one point, Africans blocked the pigs in and would not allow them to take Philando’s car.
Africans went to Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton’s mansion and rallied in front of it.
Diamond was also in front of the governor’s mansion. She explained how the police took her car, groceries in the car, her phone, and had even went into her home and took things.
Her phone contained the Facebook Live post that she recorded of Philando’s murder. After the police took her phone, the Facebook video was “mysteriously” deleted. It was later re-added. Facebook said there was a “technical issue” which initially deleted the post.
The governor of Minnesota, Mark Dayton, came out of his mansion to personally apologize to Diamond for the conduct of his hired thugs.
“I can’t tell you how sorry I am that this is terrible tragedy forced upon your family,” he said.
Diamond shot back, “I don’t want you guys to say you’re sorry. I want justice!”
As Diamond walked away from the governor’s mansion, she said tearfully about Yanez, “He probably went home to his wife and said, Oh I just killed another nigger today.”

It must be stressed that the only way forward is revolution. There is no type of reform that will stop the police from murdering Africans. This is genocide! We must call it as it is.
