Ghana sold for $20 million

The Neocolonial cabinet of Ghana was caught with their pants down!

A document was leaked to the media exposing that this bootlicking cabinet has granted unrestricted access to a host of Ghanaian facilities, imports and exports to the imperialist United States military.

The agreement will permit the U.S. military to use Ghana as a base for staging and deploying imperialist forces in Africa.

What did these sellouts receive in return? A measly $20 million U.S.!

The Coon Cabinet has also agreed to bear the cost and take primary responsibility for securing the U.S. facilities in Ghana.

The leaked documents show that negotiation with the U.S. has been ongoing at least for the past 8 months, however,  the cabinet approved this give-away deal on Thursday, March 8, 2018.

According to the agreement, Ghana will provide unimpeded access to and use of agreed facilities and areas to the U.S. forces and contractors.

It also allows U.S. forces and their contractors to undertake construction activities on and make alterations and improvements to agreed facilities and areas.

The U.S. forces may also import into and export out of and use in Ghana any personal property, equipment, supplies, materials, technology, training or services in connection with the agreement.

U.S. importation, exportation and use shall be exempt from any inspection, license, other restrictions, customs, duties, taxes or any other charges assess within Ghana.

Let’s cut to the chase, shall we? None of this is shocking. First off these are not “deals” or “agreements”!

These are demands, mandates and orders from white power to these spineless negroes in suits to stamp, approve and buck dance.

This is just one imperialist mandate of the countless ones that are approved daily by this puppet parliament of Ghana.

The only difference is that this deal was leaked to the media.

The U.S. has been a shot caller in Ghana since the  Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)  overthrow of the great Kwame Nkrumah.

Through AFRICOM, the U.S. military exercises control of most of the African neocolonial military, thereby control and access to key African mineral resources.

This military deal, is a logical consequence of the U.S neocolonial coup against Nkrumah’s anti-colonial government.

To overturn this deal, we need to overturn the neocolonial government, which is the consequence of the coup.

Thousands of people protested against the Defense Cooperation Agreement between Ghana and the United States of America in Ghana’s capital of Accra on Wednesday March 28 2018.

The demonstration was organized by the National Democratic Congress Political party (NDC); one of the big two neocolonial political parties in Ghana.

Jerry Rawlings, the former military leader of Ghana, created the NDC. The NDC is nothing but servants to the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and The World Bank, which are institutions created to manage the distribution of the stolen loot of Africa.

The neocolonial NDC is just using the scandal around this leaked mandate as an opportunity to attack their neocolonial competitor, The New Patriotic party (NPP).

All governments from NPP and NDC have turned their back on Nkrumah’s vision of One Africa! One Government!

There has not been a genuine, sustained and mass based political party of the African working-class in Ghana to lead its own struggle against neocolonialism.

We must, in turn, build the African Socialist International to complete the struggle for one Africa! One Nation!

We demand the closure of all white power imperialist military bases. (U.S., France, Great Britain, etc)

The only legitimate military power on African soil is a Black Power military army or state. It is only possible through revolution and socialist transformation and unification of Africa.

BUILD THE AFRICAN PEOPLE’ SOCIALIST PARTY—GHANA!
