Day 10: The training of African Revolutionaries at Party Intensive in St Petersburg, Florida

Monday, July 14, 2014. Day 10

The day started with rigorous physical training of cadre participants.

At 9:00am we honored the raising of the colors and by 9:15am we gathered for morning assembly.

The morning's topic was the Party and Organization.

Class started with a briefing by the Head of Security, which also included some role-playing by cadre, overseen by the Chairman.

The second study for the morning embraced the subject, Why We Need the African People's Socialist Party.

The Chairman spoke with passion regarding the Party's direction and the attitudes steeled cadre must have to be of maximum use to the Party and African working class.

The Chairman set cadre objectives of destroying mediocrity, identifying contradictions and taking them on and placed limitations under assault.

The Chairman then moved into the Power Point presentation that covered topics from Stalin: On Organization to the defeat of the Black Revolution of the 60s.

Two hours never went by so quickly.

During the evening study we were instructed in How to Make a Leaflet by Yejide Orunmila.

The class was very interesting and we were given ample time to practice our newly-gained leaflet skills and relate them to our Plan of Actions.

In our last class session of the day, we covered the Party's Constitution, led by Chimurenga Waller.

The class gave insight into The Rule of Law of the APSP, including articles covering membership, the Principle of Party organization, The Structure of the APSP, Constitutional Amendments and more.

It covered a lot of amendments that need to be reviewed by Party members.

No Party = No freedom for the masses.
