Muhammad Ali: A man of the times!
HOUSTON—“Cassius Clay is a slave name. I didn’t choose it and I don’t want it. I am Muhammad Ali––a free black name.”
These are the words of the great Muhammad Ali following his super upset victory over Sonny Liston in Miami Beach, Florida on February 25, 1964. On that day Ali also declared, “I am the Greatest!”

Kalief Browder: One year after his suicide, the State is still responsible!
New York—Yesterday marked one year since the suicide death of Kalief Browder. Young African Kalief was arrested at the age of 16 in 2010 and imprisoned for three years for allegedly stealing a backpack.
Kalief never stood trial, nor was he found guilty of any crime. He, however, spent three years at the Riker’s jail. Nearly two of those years were spent in solitary confinement.
The case was eventually dismissed and Kalief, affectionately called Peanut by his family, was released in June of 2013 after numerous postponements of his case and 31 hearings.
Kalief hanged himself in his home in the Bronx on June 6th of last year.
Michelle Obama gives neocolonial speech at City College of New York
The U.S. president’s wife and partner in imperialist crime, Michelle Obama, delivered what many petty bourgeoisie Africans consider to be a great commencement address at the City College of New York on June 3, 2016.
U.S. neocolonial first lady Obama, during her almost 24-minute speech, spoke of diversity, critiqued subtly the 2016 Republican nominee, Donald Trump, and raised up her neocolonial husband and U.S. president, Barack Hussein Obama.
Parasitic Capitalism: The debt in Puerto Rico
Puerto Rico’s government officials recently announced that the country will not be able to concurrently provide necessary social services and satisfy its $2-billion-dollar debt payment due on July 1, 2016
The Puerto Rican government is currently contending with a $70-billion-dollar debt crisis while also experiencing an intractable 10-year economic slump.
Between 2005 and 2015, Puerto Rico’s gross national product (GNP)—the total value of all goods and services produced by Puerto Rican-owned firms—decreased by 14 percent as its debt rose to over 100 percent of GNP.
This means that the country’s debt is greater than its income.
It is nearing the August 2016 election time in local municipalities of Occupied Azania (South Africa) and all neocolonial political parties in the country have begun campaigning!
From the African National Congress (ANC), the Democratic Alliance (DA), all the way to the radical sounding Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF), the masses in Occupied Azania are being told what each party will do for the people.
It is a grand contest all over the country––but the question remains the same as it has since South Africa was born: what about the African working class and its interests?
Gorilla killed in Cincinnati Zoo to save African child; white people blame mother
Cincinnati, OH––Isaiah, three-year old African boy, fell into the gorilla enclosure at the Cincinnati Zoo in Ohio on May 28, 2016. Isaiah was in the gorilla enclosure with a 400-pound teenage lowland gorilla, who the zoo named Harambe, for approximately ten minutes before the zoo’s animal response team killed the animal with a shotgun.
Colonial media media and the white population blames the mother for the death of the gorilla. We are clear that imperialism led to the gorilla's death.
