Uhuru Jiko Kitchen is a great place to rent for anyone doing catering, food concessions or needing a food truck commissary. It is available 24/7 and features three convection ovens, commercial gas range and fryer, 20 quart mixer and other equipment.

Friday and Saturday evening rentals start at $300 for a six-hour block of time; weekdays and weekend days are even less.
 
Akwaaba Hall is another economic development project of the African People’s Education and Defense Fund (APEDF) whose mission is to build institutions and programs to address the grave disparities in education, health, healthcare and economic development faced by African people, and to defend the human and civil rights of the African community.
