No charges made against Minneapolis cops for the murder of Jamar Clark

The two pigs who murdered 24-year-old African, Jamar Clark, will not be charged. This decision was made by Hennepin County attorney Mike Freeman in a news conference in Minneapolis on Wednesday, March 30, 2016

Jamar was shot in the head from point blank range by Minneapolis pig, Dustin Schwarze, on November 15, 2015.

Africans who witnessed the incident state that Jamal was handcuffed and not resisting when he was shot.

As usual, the State is giving a different version of events which makes the pigs look innocent.

The State line is that Jamar was not handcuffed and was trying to take pig Mark Ringgenberg’s gun and told the pigs that he was ready to die.

At that point, pig Schwarze supposedly “feared for his life” and was “forced” to shoot young Jamal in the face, ultimately killing him.

Of course, no one heard Jamar say anything about being “ready to die” besides the pigs.

We Africans understand that the State is lying.

The State has lied before and will always lie to cover-up its atrocities committed against African and Indigenous people.

Even if Jamar had said he was ready to die, his death is still the fault of the State, and the two pigs involved are still murderers.

The function of the State is to maintain the colonization of Africans

The State-sanctioned murderers, the pigs, continue to murder Africans over and over with no repercussion from the State.

Obviously, the State will not punish itself for doing what it was created to do.

The function of the State is to oppress Africans.

It is foolish to for us to look to the State for justice when it has only served injustices to African and Indigenous people in the U.S. for over 600 years.

This is why the Uhuru Movement calls for “Black Community Control of the Police”!

Black Community Control of the Police would give Africans in the community the ability to hire, fire, and control the gun toting pigs in our neighborhoods.

Once black community control of the police is put in place, the two pigs who murdered Jamar would be standing trial in front of all of the Africans in that community.

The pigs would be sentenced according to the will of the people.

This is what Black Power looks like.

Africans Charge Genocide!

The multitude of Africans being killed at the hands of the State in the U.S. is genocide.

Jamar had no idea when he woke up on the morning of November 15, 2015 that his life would be cut short later that day by Minneapolis pigs.

It is an all too common occurrence to see our brothers and sisters manhandled, threatened, ridiculed, beaten, tortured, and murdered by the State.

We must charge the U.S. with genocide!
